Nice finish, as expected from Butterfly (BTY). It performs great near and over the table.

However, it loses power when playing away from the table. It has decent power overall and is good for blocking.

A downside is that it’s a bit pricey, around 70 euros. It does look very nice, though.

Compared to the YEO, this blade has a crisper feeling, better power, and a lower price.

Here we have a well-balanced blade. It offers a lot of security in the game, and all shots are easily executed. I would like to specify that I play with a Curl on the backhand side, and it works very well, both in aggressive play at the table and in classic defense.

It is also fast enough to play topspin at mid-distance. I was looking for a blade to replace my Xiom Offensive S, which I thought was really great! However, my grip with the racket, with the straight handle being too wide, bothered me. With the Hadraw 5 (ST), it’s perfect.

The blade has very good balance. At 84.7 grams, it feels light and is easy to block with.

It is convenient to create rotation. In general, it’s a good base with sufficient speed.

I use the Rozena Max on the forehand and the Glazer 1.9mm on the backhand.

A great surprise! After years of playing with arylate or carbon blades, I tried this new one and can only say it’s perfect.

It’s like a Korbel or Primorac blade, but faster and with more control. When doing topspin forehands and backhands, you can feel the ball at every moment. The design also looks very nice.

I think this will be my new blade for the next few years. My blade weighs 90g. I tried others at 84 or 85g, but they were perhaps too slow.

If you are looking for a faster blade with maximum vibration, this is your opportunity.

The Butterfly Hadraw 5 is the best blade I’ve ever tried. I have used blades from the Andro Gauzy series, the Butterfly Petr Korbel (made in Japan) for about two years, and most recently, the TSP SWAT Carbon. When I saw the new blade advertised by Butterfly, I felt compelled to try it.

I can confidently say that, in my opinion, this blade is the best of everything I’ve tried. This time, I decided to try completely different rubbers, gluing Tenergy 05 (FH) and Glayzer (BH) together. This combination suits the Hadraw 5 blade very well. I previously played with Tenergy 80 (FH) and Tenergy 05FX (BH).

My game improved immediately. The control is amazing, and topspin is very precise and accurate. I can place the ball exactly where I want on the table. Even my trainer noticed, saying, “Where have you improved so much? Your topspin from FH is very strong and spins hard.”

In summary, the Hadraw 5 offers woody feelings (which I like the most), strong topspin, more than enough speed, very good control, a nice design, and excellent quality. I give the Butterfly Hadraw 5 a 10 out of 10.

The blade is the same as Viscaria, but without the ALC. The Viscaria feels like it offers better control and is less bouncy, possibly because the ALC cushions and dampens vibrations.

Best blade I have ever used. The balance is perfect; it feels very light and offers insane control, even though it can produce a lot of power.

Blocks are out of this world. It’s a perfect blade from BTY.

Control and slightly attacking playing style. Five carefully selected layers create a firm and responsive feel.

Koto outer layers provide a precise touch with the ball and a satisfying click sound. A Kiri inner core offers blade control and excellent ball dwell time.

This blade is suitable for aggressive topspin, strong smashes, and decent blocks. Its slight head-balancing provides stability. My version weighs 90g.

This blade is suitable for players with a fast attacking style, control, and versatility. It also looks very nice. Highly recommended.

Quite a lot of control with D09c and Rozena, but it lacked a bit of power to finish the points.
