My best blade. I have handled numerous blades as a buyer and seller. Many woods have passed through my hands, some with exceptional qualities like the Donic WWC89 off, Tibhar Stratus, Tibhar Force, Viscaria, and the entire Nittaku range. However, this blade surpasses them all, achieving perfection.

For amateur players who prioritize control and looping, this blade is unparalleled. It offers unparalleled flexibility, control, precision, and connection. The 90-gram handle is perfectly weighted, allowing for heavy rubbers. With Victas Triple Double Extra on the forehand and Rakza Z on the backhand, I have achieved shots that were previously unimaginable—unexpected blocks, spin-laden tops, and precise serve returns.

This blade rivals the Viscaria in terms of looping, outperforming it by 10%. However, it may lack slightly in power. For everything else, the Acoustic proves superior for my playing style.

Compared to the Acoustic with internal or external carbon, the latter feels stiffer and less responsive. I am hesitant to sell the one with internal carbon due to potential rubber issues, but ultimately, I believe the Acoustic blade without carbon is the optimal choice for me.

Amazing blade! I tested new rubber with my Ac Large Handle (Tibhar Aurus Prime FH and Andro Hexer Powergrip BH).

The feeling with this blade is amazing; it’s easy to generate spin. The control and feeling are remarkable; every defense hits the table. It’s easy to drive against pimples and easy to adjust the power and spin in each attack. I want to buy another already, just in case.

One of the best 5 ply all wood blades ever…"EXCELLENT blade. Amazing touch and feeling. It is a bit faster than the Violin but also has a bit more flex, making it GREAT for generating spin. This blade is a LOOPING MACHINE, but good technique is necessary to execute the true potential of this beautiful masterpiece of a blade. It also has many “GEARS”. If you want to gently push and chop close to the table, it will handle it with ease. Mid to far distance looping rallies are a pleasure with the Acoustic. I will be with this blade for years to come. My Viscaria is now in the closet collecting dust. I much prefer the feel of this blade to most composite blades I’ve tried through the years. It is a bit pricey but WELL WORTH it if you can afford it.

Massive throw with heaps of control. Big fl handle works well with flexible blade.

An upgraded version of the original, I believe it is better. The original blade is slightly more head-heavy than normal, so you have to be careful of selecting heavy rubbers. It also had a smaller handle which needed extra tape. However, the LG handle is a decent size for the average person and the overall weight balance has largely improved. This means I can put those heavy rubbers like Tenderly 05, etc., and it still feels light.

Anyway, going to the performance of this blade, it is as good as the original if not better. This blade is made for loopers, very high dwell, spin, control, and flex. This blade is not slow; it has got a lot of power when you need it.

Edit after playing with the new one for a few months. This one is better than the original, and I think it’s still better than the carbon version, which has less arc and makes it difficult to land shots. All wood acoustic large handle is the best all the way, the blade has lots of power, who needs carbon!

Tolles Vollholz - absolut empfehlenswert!

Tolle Kontrolle und Rückmeldung.

If you’re looking for spin, this is the ultimate blade. As an intermediate player who prefers forehand loops, this blade provides a lot of spin and control.

The blade is also very precise. I can aim for a spot and consistently place the ball there. It’s the best and most versatile blade I’ve tried, with a medium-high throw angle and a great sweet spot. This LG version is better balanced than the original.

Compared to other blades:

  • Acoustic Inner Carbon: A little faster, less spin, and lower throw angle.
  • Viscaria: Faster, less spin, and a slightly lower throw angle.

Really happy with this blade. It took me quite some time to decide on a new blade that fits my playing style and rubber set up. Mine weighs 84 g. Large handle is still a bit on the small side for me (1.93m is my height) but griptape is easily applied. I play short pips FH (horizontal) for a few decades and hard China rubber on BH. I come from a lightweight balsa blade, quite fast, very spinny, easy to maneuver and handle. The first new set up I tried with this acoustic blade was short pip Morristo and Battle 2 Friendship prov gold (2.15mm) unboosted. The first hours playing felt okay but it was not yet what I expected. However, I knew the potential of the blade was there. I boosted the Battle 2 and immediately felt very close to my balsa blade but with even better feedback through the blade to my hand. You hear and feel exactly when you hit it correctly. Really good control with blocks. Fast topspins from BH possible and heavy spin in the serves. My FH was a different story. The combination with the Moristo SP (Max) was too soft for my liking. I changed to short pips Friendship 802-40 Mystery III (2.2mm), which was fitting more to my hitting style on the FH. But the feeling I prefer is a little more direct/hard. The Friendship 802-1 (2.0mm) is giving me that. Spinny serves with FH are also possible to some extent. Chopping defense style far from the table can be performed too. All in all, very satisfied with my choice for the Acoustic from Nittaku.

This blade has enough speed for any non-professional intermediate or advanced player, but still enough dwell, tons of spin, and a tremendous feel. I switched from regular FL to a larger FL and the handle feels a bit too large, whereas the regular FL feels a bit too small to me. However, the larger FL has a better balance and I’m getting used to it. I have medium-sized hands.

Tabletennis11 was again professional and efficient. They always respond to your questions, delivery is fast, and their prices are great. Top guys.

This might be the best all-wood blade on the market. Good balance, weight, finishing, feels good in the hand. If you have regular-size hands, this will fit you perfectly.

#11February 2020

Excellent attack blade. Well balanced. It allows you to perform all shots well. Excellent in exchanges and on blocks. Spin is also good. The product is created with high-quality materials.

#12January 2019

FH DHS Hurricane 2 2.15 BH MX-P Max, perfect for my style. Should be good with H3.

#13July 2016

There is nothing missing, and it is not a special racket.

It seems suitable for a style that pursues stable play rather than fast attacks.

Therefore, the trajectory and success rate of drives at the intermediate level are excellent.

For those with small hands, it seems better to buy it with a grip rather than a large handle.

Great bat, superb control and feel but plenty of power for the high-energy shots. Has improved my game and will look for a second to try some different rubbers. Using Xiom Euroll and is a great combo with the plastic ball. Great price and really fast, well-packaged world delivery halfway around the planet!

#15April 2016

The blade is very controllable and moderately fast. The handle is comfortable. Equipped with Tibhar Evolution EL-P and FX-80 rubbers. Satisfied.
Special thanks to the store - they chose by weight and the weight is exactly as stated.

#16December 2015

Very good control and sound.

#17February 2015

My son (14 yrs 6 mths) loves this blade after trying several different types and brands. He has 3 of them, all virtually identical to each other. His game has improved dramatically over the last 6 months. He uses Razka 7 FH and Razka 7 soft BH. The FL handle is still slightly small for his hand. Excellent service from TT 11.

#18April 2014

Nice feeling when I use it. And I like your discount very much!

#19August 2013

I love this blade’s feeling and quality.

#20August 2013

Very good attacking blade. Good for variations of top spins both slow and fast. Not so good for blocking. Great for direct attacking strokes. High quality materials. The handle is small despite it being the version with the large handle. Nittaku has to take Stiga’s “legend” handle as an example. Price is a little high.

#21June 2013

The Flex The Feel is outstanding. Great for above the table and away. Great precision. Great speed more than any carbon blade I used when I paired it with Calibra Tour S. On slow shots like drop flick, you feel as if you are holding the ball in your hand for high control and precision. A must-have or must-try for any player who wants to progress or succeed and reach a very high level in a short period.

#22January 2024

Great control and feel. Speed is fast for a 5-ply blade but incomparable to newer carbon blades. However, what this means is you can pair it with flagship rubbers and get the most out of them. Players who don’t train enough to maximize the benefit of carbon blades should consider this.

#23July 2022

I’m a looping attacker. This blade didn’t really fit me, so I can’t say if this blade is good or not. If you are like me, then you’re going to have a hard time with this blade. I think this blade suits players who hit more fast and flat. But I really like the L handle; it was perfect for my hand. I have medium-large hands. If I could do a do-over, I think I would have chosen the Nittaku Violin Carbon with L handle if it exists.

#24August 2021

Just the best.

#25June 2021

Simply the best for amateur offensive players, my game greatly improved with this blade. I have even given it to beginner players to try, and they put a lot more balls inside the table than with their own blades. It does not lack power as long as the weight is around 90g; it is something from another world to block, cut, serve, and return. When you need to hit backhand or forehand, it responds very well thanks to its flexibility. I don’t think there is a blade that can beat it. I pair it with Rakza Z red on the BH, and Victas TDE black on the FH.

#26April 2020

This is a great blade… but mine is too heavy at 96g, my friend has the same blade and his is 88g.
When playing, you must have medium to hard rubbers; soft rubbers don’t work with this blade.

#27January 2020

Nittaku Acoustic wide handle. Excellent quality frame. It offers the possibility to do all the shots well. High-quality wood. Excellent spin, excellent control. Too bad for the slightly high price.

Really nice blade that does it all. Excellent build quality.

#29May 2019

Excellent blade for developing and intermediate players. If you want control, pair it up with 1.8 rubbers like the Fastarc 1 or the Rakza 7. Good wood feel and quite fast, not like carbon blades though.

#30March 2019

Plays well and is an excellent example of 5-ply wood characteristics. One negative: I chose the ‘flared’ handle, but it is more like a straight handle.

#31January 2019

This blade somehow shows every characteristic of a blade that anyone could possibly want, just without a carbon speed/kick effect. The feeling of the ball is high, but it is kind of feeling the ball all over the blade itself. I mean, some blades have a high feel on the handle and some have it on the head of the blade, but Nittaku Acoustic LG spreads the feel on the blade, which is perfect for me, although some may like it on the handle or head.

The speed is nearly enough for not only amateurs but also national level players. However, you may feel that a little more speed would be better if you want to play faster. I find it also suitable for mid-distance play.

The weight is around 88-91 gr.

As a former carbon blade user, M Maze, I can honestly say that this blade has a ball feeling. The speed is enough for what I did with carbon blades before. I highly recommend this blade for those who are especially looking to lower the speed of the blade, specifically carbon blade users.

Very nice wood blade excellent finish tabletennis11 excellent service. THX.

#33January 2019

I don’t feel any heaviness with this blade as it has a large handle even though my blade was 89g. That is a good point.

#34January 2019

Good quality 5-ply blade.

#35October 2018

Lots of feeling. Lightweight, with most of the weight in the handle. Head feels large, light, and thin, even with fat and heavy rubbers. Probably a good choice if that is what you are after.

#36October 2018

Bought this to replace a Nittaku Violin Carbon, which was a tiny bit too fast but mostly had an annoyingly too-small handle. The large handle Nittakus are a perfect size for normal hands (I have the flared handle, and it is the same size as a regular Butterfly flared handle).

An unintended side effect of the larger handle is that the blade is better balanced. I use 2.15mm H3 blue sponge FH and 2.1mm Tenergy05 BH, and the smaller handle version was a little bit head-heavy. This one feels just right.

“EXCELLENT blade. Amazing touch and feeling, a bit faster than the Violin but also a bit more flex, so GREAT for generating spin. Shipping to US came in 3 days! Thanks again TIMOTHY and DMITRY for your great service and unparalleled expertise and knowledge. I will be recommending TT11 to everyone. And look forward to future business with Tabletennis11.com. 5 STARS!!! A+++++ !!!”.

This blade, fitted with DHS Hurricane 3 as FH rubber, fits my game style. My game improved so much that I successfully beat a player who had defeated me before.

The biggest change was the confidence in my FH.

My BH, with Donic Bluefire M3, seems a bit weak and not yet as powerful as with my last blade.

Finally, I can say that for an intermediate player, it is a balanced blade with good ball control.

#39February 2018

A bat for intermediate to advanced players… good control on topspin play… openings and medium distance play… works okay with Rakza 7 rubbers… can do chops decently… this is a bat for all-around offensive or offensive players… it will punish wrong technique, but if you get it right it is a lot of fun to play with… medium+ speed, 8.5 control, 9.0 spin… offensive looper blade…

#40January 2017

Fantastic blade, control is excellent, the large handle makes it really comfortable, weight is spread throughout the whole blade so it is light! Great.

#41December 2016

Very well crafted OFF blade. Do not be confused with the ‘Large Handle’ label. It is just a normal one. In fact, it is a fraction smaller/thinner than on my Butterfly ZJ blade.

#42May 2016
  • Slightly ‘square’ handle that initially feels uncomfortable in hand.
#43August 2013

I love the feeling and quality of this blade.
