All-wood
One of the easiest blades to execute high-end shots, it offers very high control and precision. Topspin felt natural with this blade.
My game has improved noticeably since using it for a month. This blade is on the same level as Butterfly inner layer ALC. It has a bit more flex at a lower gear than Butterfly. The inner layer is slightly stiffer, however, both blades behave very similarly, almost identically, at high gear.
There is a more solid feel on the Butterfly inner layer ALC at high gear than on this blade, but the difference is marginal. Both are amazing blades, and it’s very hard for me to decide which will be my main one.
I tried many blades before I found this one. Until now, I was missing something, and this one filled the void. It is extremely balanced and consistent, giving you security and confidence in your shots. Amazing control and precision are its hallmarks. It gives you a lot of spin due to the long time of hold. Its power is in its spin, spin, and more spin. It is a blade designed for loopers and topspin players from close and medium distances. If you prefer flat shots, this is not the blade for you because it is not very fast. Its speed range is OFF, OFF-. It has a very good feel and a soft feeling of wood despite the carbon. If you like flex blades, this is not one of them. It is very good with an active block. Of all the blades I have tried, this is my favorite.
My new blade is used with two MX-Ps. It’s an excellent combination that maintains control even at high speeds. The handle feels shorter than my previous Chila OFF, but I’ll adjust to it.
Although the blade is not lightweight, it becomes quite heavy when combined with the MX-Ps in maximum thickness. Again, I’ll adapt to this. The quality is excellent. I wanted to maintain control, open rallies safely, and then accelerate, and this blade is ideal for that.
It offers controlled power, making it perfect for topspins and quickly pressuring opponents. I highly recommend this wood as an alternative to the Timo Boll ALC or even Viscaria.
Best all-rounder/offensive blade with an awesome feel, control, and very soft touch. It offers good speed, great dwell time, and comes at a good price. This blade suits every style of play.
Of all the blades I tested, this one had the best control in all situations. It’s a joy to receive short serves, open with the first attack, or confidently block your opponent’s shots. With hybrid rubbers such as Hybrid MK or K3, it’s super easy to counter topspin your opponent, both close to and far from the table.
There are also many pros who use it. Felix Lebrun, before having his own “Felix Hyper Carbon,” played with the Shang Kun AC. Milosz Redzimski, Cedric Nuytinck, and Alvaro Robles are all players who, at the time of writing, play or have played with it, which vouches for its quality.
Fabulous blade! I’ve sold all my other blades now. The control is exceptional, and I’ve paired it with MX-S on both sides. My teammate uses MX-S and K3, both of which work brilliantly.
I had never tried Tibhar products before, but now I have three of these blades: one for practice, one for matches, and one for testing out rubbers. Just brilliant!
Smooth Criminal. Fine blade.
The best blade I have used.
It has a good balance.
